Order Processing:
In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing. If we can ship it out the same day, we will. Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer. In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Damages:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item. You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.
We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
