Returns and Exchange Policy
Anytime a problem exists that is due to our error (for example, the wrong item (s) is shipped or there is a defect in the item) we will offer a replacement with no additional cost incurred to the customer. If the return is requested simply because there has been a change of mind we can offer a credit or exchange. The amount of the credit would be what you paid for the item minus the shipping. We do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise unless the return is due to our error. Once the merchandise is received by Dorothy’s Boutique the refund will be initiated. Store credit can be given which is good for 3 months or a refund can be applied to the credit card that was used in the transaction.
All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item (s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.
